Return policy – Holy Athletics
At Holy Athletics, we aim to deliver high-quality products you can train with confidence. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return it under the conditions below.
Returns
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason. After registering your return, you have 30 days to send the product back.
Return Conditions
- The product is unused and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging where reasonably possible
- All accessories included
- No signs of damage or use
For hygiene reasons, products with broken seals or visible signs of use cannot be returned.
Exceptions
Returns are excluded for:
– Custom-made or personalised products
– Hygienic products with broken seals
– Products no longer in new condition
How to Register a Return
- Email info@holyathletics.nl within 14 days of receipt
- Include your order number and reason for return (optional)
- You will receive return instructions from us
Return Costs
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense
- We recommend using a shipment with track & trace
Refunds
Once the return is received and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days via the original payment method. Refunds may be refused if return conditions are not met.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@holyathletics.nl, including photos of the product and packaging. We will provide a suitable solution.
